Our meetings are held on the second Friday in the month at 7:00pm at Waterford Village Hall SG14 2PR. The meetings are open to everyone. The programme details are emailed out in advance
These are informal meetings where we show our orchids that we have in bloom, discuss any orchid problems etc and generally have a friendly chat. Also an opportunity to sell and buy Orchids, dates are below.
9th January Presentation ‘Orchids for All’ caring for your orchids back to basics
13th February Presentation ‘The care and Genus of Pleones’
13th March Splitting, repotting and re-mounting orchids, members to bring plants.
10th April Spring Show. A show table of members orchids displayed and award of trophies. A very sociable event with a ‘bring and share of food’ by members
8th May Presentation ‘Cymbidiums, their care and some history’
12th June A presentation on the February Dresden World Orchid Congress 2026

14th August Presentation ‘Pest, diseases and other orchid sorrows’
